Vishay Siliconix DG442LDY is a CMOS analog switch featuring four independently controlled SPST-NO circuits. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer is designed for low on-resistance, specified at a maximum of 30 Ohms, with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 100 mOhms.
