Vishay Siliconix DG442LDQ-T1-E3 is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each of the four circuits features normally open (NO) contacts and a low on-resistance of 30 Ohms maximum. This device supports single or dual power supply operation, with single supply ranging from 2.7V to 12V and dual supply from ±3V to ±6V. The DG442LDQ-T1-E3 exhibits a -3dB bandwidth of 280MHz and excellent channel isolation with crosstalk rated at -95dB at 1MHz. Charge injection is minimized to 5pC, and channel-to-channel resistance matching (?Ron) is within 100mOhm. Leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 1nA. Switching times are 60ns turn-on and 35ns turn-off. This component is packaged in a 16-TSSOP surface-mount configuration and is supplied on tape and reel.
