Vishay Siliconix DG442LDQ-E3 is a Quad Single Pole Single Throw, Normally Open (SPST-NO) analog switch. This device features four independent switches, each with a low on-state resistance of 30 Ohms maximum. The DG442LDQ-E3 offers excellent performance with a -3dB bandwidth of 280MHz and low charge injection of 5pC. Crosstalk is minimized at -95dB at 1MHz, and channel-to-channel on-resistance matching is within 100mOhm. Leakage current is a maximum of 1nA (IS(off)). It supports a wide supply voltage range, from ±3V to ±6V for dual supplies and 2.7V to 12V for single supplies. The switch time is 60ns for turn-on and 35ns for turn-off.
