Vishay Siliconix DG442LAK is a quad single-pole, single-throw, normally-open analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer features a low on-resistance of 30 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 100 mOhms. The DG442LAK offers a -3dB bandwidth of 280 MHz and exhibits excellent crosstalk performance of -95 dB at 1 MHz. Leakage current is minimized to 1 nA maximum. Designed for through-hole mounting, the DG442LAK is supplied in a 16-CERDIP package. It operates across a broad temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and supports single supply voltages from 2.7V to 12V or dual supplies up to ±6V. Typical applications include test and measurement equipment, industrial control systems, and audio/video switching.
