The Vishay Siliconix DG442DY-T1 is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each circuit is configured as normally open (NO) and features a low on-resistance of 85 ohms maximum. This device supports dual supply voltages up to ±15V and single supply up to 12V. The DG442DY-T1 offers excellent performance characteristics including channel-to-channel matching of 4 ohms maximum and crosstalk of -100dB at 1MHz. Charge injection is specified at -1pC, with leakage current at 500pA maximum. Switching times are 250ns for turn-on and 210ns for turn-off. The DG442DY-T1 is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface mount package and is suitable for applications in industrial, medical, and telecommunications equipment.
