The Vishay Siliconix DG441LDY-E3 is a 4-circuit, single-pole, single-throw, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This device features a low on-state resistance of 30 Ohms maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching with a delta Ron of 100 mOhms. With a -3dB bandwidth of 280 MHz and crosstalk of -95 dB at 1 MHz, the DG441LDY-E3 is suitable for high-frequency signal routing.
