Vishay Siliconix DG441BDY-T1 is a quad, single-pole, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This device features low on-resistance of 80 Ohms maximum with channel-to-channel matching of 2 Ohms. Operating from single or dual supply voltages ranging from +13V to +36V or ±7V to ±22V respectively, it offers excellent performance characteristics including -95dB crosstalk at 100kHz and 500pA maximum leakage current. With a switching time of 220ns turn-on and 120ns turn-off, the DG441BDY-T1 is suitable for applications in industrial control, test and measurement, and audio signal routing.
