The Vishay Siliconix DG441BDJ is a quad, single-pole, normally closed, analog switch with an on-state resistance of 80 Ohms maximum. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer features a 2 Ohm channel-to-channel matching and a low leakage current of 500 pA maximum.
