Vishay Siliconix DG413LEDJ-GE3 is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. This device features four independent switches, each configurable as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) in a 1:1 multiplexer configuration. The DG413LEDJ-GE3 offers an on-state resistance of 26 Ohms maximum, with typical channel capacitance of 5pF for the off state of the switch. Charge injection is specified at 6.6pC.
