The Vishay Siliconix DG413LDY is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. This device features low on-resistance of 17 Ohms maximum, with a -3dB bandwidth of 280MHz. Each channel offers a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration. With a charge injection of 5pC and channel capacitance of 5pF and 6pF, it is suitable for high-speed signal routing.
