Vishay Siliconix DG413HSAK-E3 is a quad, SPST analog switch featuring low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit offers excellent charge injection of 22pC and channel capacitance of 12pF. Operating over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, it supports dual supply voltages from ±5V to ±20V or single supply from 13V to 44V. The DG413HSAK-E3 is presented in a 16-SOIC surface mount package, ideal for applications in industrial automation, test and measurement, and consumer electronics. Typical switching times are 105ns for turn-on and 80ns for turn-off. Crosstalk performance is -88dB at 1MHz, with leakage current specified at 250pA maximum.
