The Vishay Siliconix DG413HSAK-883 is a monolithic CMOS quad SPST analog switch. Each switch features two independently controlled SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) switches, offering both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) configurations. Designed for robust operation, this device boasts an on-state resistance of 35 Ohms maximum and exhibits low charge injection of 22 pC. Crosstalk is specified at -88 dB at 1 MHz.
