Vishay Siliconix DG412LDJ is a quad single-pole, single-throw, normally open (SPST-NO) analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer circuit features a low on-resistance of 17 Ohms maximum, with minimal variation across channels. With a 280 MHz -3dB bandwidth, it is suitable for applications requiring high-frequency signal routing. The device exhibits low charge injection of 5 pC and excellent crosstalk performance of -95 dB at 1 MHz. Leakage current is minimized to 250 pA (max) when off.
