Vishay Siliconix DG412HSAK-E3 is a quad, single-pole, single-throw, normally open analog switch. This component features a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with excellent channel-to-channel isolation and low leakage current of 250 pA maximum. The DG412HSAK-E3 operates with dual supply voltages from ±5 V to ±20 V or single supply from 13 V to 44 V. Its switching times are 105 ns (on) and 80 ns (off), with charge injection of 22 pC.
