Vishay Siliconix DG408LDY is an 8:1 analog multiplexer designed for efficient signal routing. This single-circuit device features an on-state resistance of 29 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. Operating with single supply voltages from 2.7V to 12V or dual supplies from ±3V to ±6V, the DG408LDY offers a charge injection of 1pC and channel capacitance of 7pF (off) and 20pF (off). Switch times are specified at 55ns turn-on and 25ns turn-off. Leakage current is a maximum of 1nA. The DG408LDY is available in a 16-SOIC surface mount package and is suitable for applications in industrial automation, medical equipment, and test and measurement systems. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
