The Vishay Siliconix DG406DW is a monolithic 16:1 analog multiplexer, featuring a single pole, 16 throw configuration. This device offers a low on-resistance of 100 Ohms maximum, with excellent on-resistance flatness. It supports dual supply voltages from ±5V to ±20V, and single supply operation from 7.5V to 44V. The DG406DW exhibits low charge injection of 15pC and minimal channel-to-channel resistance variation (?Ron) up to 5 Ohms. Leakage current (IS(off)) is specified at a maximum of 500pA. Channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) is 8pF and 130pF respectively. Switch times are 200ns for turn-on and 150ns for turn-off.
