Vishay Siliconix DG405DY-T1 is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (DPST) analog switch designed for high-performance applications. This device features two independent SPDT switches, each with a 45-ohm on-state resistance and a typical charge injection of 60 pC. The DG405DY-T1 supports a wide supply voltage range, from ±7V to ±22V for dual supplies and 13V to 36V for single supplies. Its low leakage current of 500 pA (max) and excellent crosstalk of -90 dB at 1 MHz make it suitable for signal routing and switching in industrial control, medical equipment, and audio systems. The DG405DY-T1 is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
