Vishay Siliconix DG403BDY-T1 is a quad, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. Each of the four circuits offers a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration, providing a guaranteed on-resistance of 45 Ohms maximum. This component features a low charge injection of 60 pC and channel capacitance of 12 pF (CS(off), CD(off)). Off-state leakage current is a maximum of 500 pA.
