Vishay Siliconix DG401AK is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch featuring normally open (NO) contacts. This component offers a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with low charge injection of 60 pC. Designed for robust operation, it supports dual supply voltages from ±7V to ±22V and single supply voltages from 13V to 36V. The DG401AK exhibits excellent isolation with -90dB crosstalk at 1MHz and a low leakage current of 250 pA maximum. Switching times are rated at 150 ns for turn-on and 100 ns for turn-off. With channel capacitance of 12 pF, this device is suitable for applications in industrial control, test and measurement equipment, and audio signal routing.
