Vishay Siliconix DG309BDY-T1 is a quad, single-pole, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. Each circuit offers low on-resistance of up to 85 Ohms, with channel-to-channel matching of 1.7 Ohms. With a charge injection of 1 pC and crosstalk of -95 dB at 100 kHz, this device is suitable for applications requiring precise signal routing. The DG309BDY-T1 supports single supply voltages from 4V to 44V or dual supplies from ±4V to ±22V.
