The Vishay Siliconix DG309BDQ-T1-E3 is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST), normally closed analog switch. This device features four independent SPST switches, each offering an on-state resistance of 85 Ohms maximum. The DG309BDQ-T1-E3 supports single or dual power supply operation, with single supply ranging from 4V to 44V and dual supplies from ±4V to ±22V. Each switch exhibits low charge injection of 1 pC and channel-to-channel resistance matching of 1.7 Ohms. Leakage current is specified at 500 pA maximum. The component is supplied in a 16-TSSOP package for surface mounting and is suitable for applications in industrial and consumer electronics. Switching times are rated at 200 ns turn-on and 150 ns turn-off.
