Vishay Siliconix DG300BDJ-E3 is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each of the two circuits offers a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration with a low on-resistance of 50 Ohms. This device is designed for through-hole mounting in a 14-PDIP package.
