Vishay Siliconix DG271AK is a quad SPST-NC analog switch with a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration. This device features a low on-resistance of 50 Ohms maximum and excellent off-state isolation with -100dB crosstalk at 100kHz. Designed for robust performance, it offers a charge injection of -5pC and minimal leakage current of 1nA maximum. The DG271AK operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and supports dual supply voltages up to ±15V. Its 16-CERDIP package with through-hole mounting makes it suitable for applications in industrial control, test and measurement, and high-reliability systems. Switch times are specified at 65ns for both turn-on and turn-off.
