The Vishay Siliconix DG2538DQ-T1-GE3 is a dual single-pole, single-throw, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This component features a low on-resistance of 4.5 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 200 mOhms. It supports single supply operation from 2.6V to 4.3V and dual supply operation with ±2.5V. The DG2538DQ-T1-GE3 offers a -3dB bandwidth of 366MHz and exhibits excellent off-state isolation with crosstalk rated at -90dB at 1MHz.
