Vishay Siliconix DG2522DN-T1-E4 is a single-circuit SP3T analog switch designed for 1.6V to 5.5V single supply operation. This device features low on-resistance of 1.1 Ohm maximum, with channel-to-channel matching less than 100 mOhm. The DG2522DN-T1-E4 offers a -3dB bandwidth of 105MHz and exhibits excellent off-state isolation with crosstalk of -64dB at 1MHz. Charge injection is minimized at 27pC, and leakage current is a maximum of 20nA. Switching times are typically 75ns on and 60ns off. Packaged in an 8-miniQFN (1.4x1.4) surface-mount configuration, this component is suitable for applications in consumer electronics and industrial control systems.

Integrated Circuit FAQs

An integrated circuit (IC) is a semiconductor chip that contains transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components on a single silicon substrate. ICs are the foundation of modern electronics and power devices such as smartphones, computers, automotive systems, and industrial equipment.

Integrated circuits work by routing electrical signals through microscopic semiconductor components fabricated onto a silicon chip. Depending on the design, ICs can process, amplify, store, or control electronic data.
