Vishay Siliconix DG2017DN-T1-E4 is a dual-pole, double-throw (DPDT) analog switch featuring two independent 2:2 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits. This device offers a low on-state resistance of 3.7 Ohms maximum and a channel-to-channel matching of 300 mOhms maximum. With a charge injection of 2 pC and channel capacitance of 43 pF, it is suitable for applications requiring precise signal routing. The switch operates from a single supply voltage of 2V to 5.5V and has a fast switch time of 85 ns (turn-on) and 35 ns (turn-off). Leakage current is specified at 500 pA maximum.
