Vishay Siliconix DG200BDJ-E3 is a dual SPST-NC analog switch. Each circuit features a low on-resistance of 85 Ohms maximum, exhibiting minimal variation across the signal path. This component is designed for single-supply operation from 13V to 36V or dual-supply operation from ±7V to ±22V.
