Vishay Siliconix DG1413EN-T1-GE4 is a quad SPST analog switch IC. This device features a low on-resistance of 1.5 Ohms maximum, with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 80 mOhms. The DG1413EN-T1-GE4 operates with single supply voltages from 4.5V to 24V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±15V. It offers a high -3dB bandwidth of 210 MHz and superior crosstalk performance of -100 dB at 1 MHz. Channel capacitance is specified at 11pF for off-state and 24pF for off-state. Charge injection is a low -20pC, and leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 550pA. Switching times are 150ns (Ton) and 120ns (Toff).
