The Vishay Siliconix DG1411EN-T1-GE4 is a quad single-pole, single-throw, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This device features a low on-state resistance of 1.8 Ohm maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 80 mOhm. The 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit supports single supply operation from 4.5V to 24V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±15V. It offers a -3dB bandwidth of 210MHz and excellent off-state isolation with crosstalk of -100dB at 1MHz. Leakage current in the off-state is specified at a maximum of 550pA. Switching times are 150ns for turn-on and 120ns for turn-off. The component is housed in a 16-QFN (4x4) exposed pad package and is supplied on tape and reel. This switch is suitable for applications in industrial and consumer electronics.
