Vishay Semiconductor Opto Division TCET4100 is a 4-channel optocoupler featuring a transistor output. This device provides 5000Vrms isolation and is housed in a 16-DIP package. Each channel offers a maximum output current of 50mA with a typical forward voltage of 1.25V at 60mA forward current. The current transfer ratio (CTR) ranges from a minimum of 50% at 5mA to a maximum of 600% at 5mA. Typical turn-on and turn-off times are 6µs and 5µs respectively, with rise and fall times of 3µs and 4.7µs. The Vce saturation is a maximum of 300mV. This component is suitable for applications in industrial automation, power supplies, and telecommunications equipment. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 100°C.
