Vishay Semiconductor Opto Division ILQ620-X007 is a high-voltage optoisolator featuring four isolated channels with transistor outputs. This device provides 5300Vrms isolation and is housed in a 16-SMD Gull Wing package, suitable for surface mounting. Each channel supports up to 60mA forward current and delivers 50mA output current.
