Vishay Semiconductor Opto Division's ILQ1-X009T is a high-voltage optocoupler featuring four isolated transistor outputs. This device provides 5300Vrms isolation and is designed for applications requiring robust signal coupling in electrically noisy environments. Each channel supports a maximum forward DC current of 60 mA with a typical forward voltage of 1.25V. The output stage delivers a maximum of 50mA per channel, with a specified Vce saturation of 400mV. Current transfer ratios range from a minimum of 20% at 10mA to a maximum of 300% at 10mA. The ILQ1-X009T exhibits typical turn-on and turn-off times of 700ns and 1.4µs respectively, with rise and fall times around 1.9µs and 1.4µs. Packaged in a 16-SMD, Gull Wing configuration and supplied on tape and reel, this optocoupler is suitable for surface mounting.
