Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® SMCJ28AHM3-H is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surface mount applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component offers a 28V reverse standoff voltage and a minimum breakdown voltage of 31.1V. It features a peak pulse current capability of 33A and a clamping voltage of 45.4V at this current, providing 1500W (1.5kW) of peak pulse power. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package and operates across an extended temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
