The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® series SMCJ18CAHE3-57T is a 1500W (1.5kW) bidirectional transient voltage suppressor designed for surface mount applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a reverse standoff voltage of 18V and a breakdown voltage of 20V minimum.
