The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® SMAJ100AHE3-61 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression diode designed for high-reliability applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component offers a reverse standoff voltage of 100V and a breakdown voltage of 111V minimum. It features a peak pulse current handling capability of 1.9A for a 10/1000µs waveform, with a maximum clamping voltage of 162V at this current. The device provides 300W of peak pulse power dissipation and operates within an extended temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Housed in the compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package and supplied on tape and reel, this diode is suitable for automotive power line protection and other demanding electronic systems.
