The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division SM15T36CAHE3-57T is a TransZorb® series TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This bidirectional device offers a 30.8V reverse standoff voltage and a 34.2V minimum breakdown voltage. With a peak pulse current capability of 30A (10/1000µs) and a 1.5kW peak pulse power rating, it effectively clamps transients to a maximum of 49.9V at peak pulse current. The SM15T36CAHE3-57T is housed in a DO-214AB (SMCJ) surface mount package and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and designated as automotive grade, this component is suitable for protection in automotive applications. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
