The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division P6SMB, TransZorb® series P6SMB170CAHM3-H is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor designed for robust protection. This AEC-Q101 qualified device features a 145V reverse standoff voltage and a 162V minimum breakdown voltage.
