The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division P4SMA250AHM3-A-I is a TransZorb® TVS diode in a DO-214AC (SMA) package, designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This unidirectional device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 214V and a breakdown voltage of 237V (minimum). With a peak pulse current capability of 870mA (10/1000µs) and a peak pulse power rating of 400W, it effectively clamps transients to 344V at this current. The P4SMA series component is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and is suitable for automotive applications, as well as in the telecom industry. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The component is supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging for efficient automated assembly.
