The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® series LCE20A-E3-54 is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a standoff voltage of 20V and a breakdown voltage of 22.2V (minimum). This axial-leaded device, housed in a DO-201AA/DO-27 package, offers a peak pulse current capability of 46A for a 10/1000µs waveform, with a maximum clamping voltage of 32.4V at this current.
