Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® ICTE8CHE3-A-D is a 1.5KE series Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection. This bidirectional device offers an 8V reverse standoff voltage and a 9.4V minimum breakdown voltage. It features a 100A peak pulse current capability (10/1000µs) and a 11.6V maximum clamping voltage at this current. The diode dissipates 1500W (1.5kW) of peak pulse power. Designed with a through-hole mounting style in a DO-201AA, DO-27, Axial package, it operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C (TJ). Qualified under AEC-Q101 and carrying an Automotive grade, this TVS diode is suitable for applications demanding high reliability and protection against voltage transients.
