Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division GL12T-HE3-08 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a 12V reverse standoff voltage and a 24V clamping voltage at 5A (8/20µs) peak pulse current, delivering 300W of peak pulse power. The GL12T-HE3-08 is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) package, suitable for surface mounting. Its low capacitance of 2.5pF at 1MHz makes it ideal for high-speed data lines.
