Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® series 5KP90-E3-73 is a 5000W (5kW) transient voltage suppressor diode with a reverse standoff voltage of 90V. This unidirectional device features a breakdown voltage of 100V minimum and a clamping voltage of 160V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 31.3A. The diode is housed in an axial P600 package and designed for through-hole mounting.
