Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TransZorb® series 5KP15HE3-73 is a high-power transient voltage suppressor diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. Featuring a 15V reverse standoff voltage and a 16.7V minimum breakdown voltage, this AEC-Q101 qualified component offers a 26.9V maximum clamping voltage at 186A peak pulse current (Ipp) for a 10/1000µs waveform.
