Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division 1.5SMC series TransZorb® TVS diode, part number 1-5SMC82AHE3-9AT, offers robust transient voltage suppression. This AEC-Q101 qualified device is designed for automotive applications and features a 70.1V reverse standoff voltage and a 77.9V minimum breakdown voltage. With a peak pulse current capability of 13.3A (10/1000µs) and a 113V maximum clamping voltage at this current, it provides 1500W of peak pulse power dissipation. The component is housed in a DO-214AB (SMCJ) surface mount package and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging, this unidirectional TVS diode is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage surges.
