Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division HEXFRED® VS-HFA08TB60STRRP is a fast recovery general-purpose diode designed for demanding applications. This surface mount device, housed in a TO-263AB (D2PAK) package, offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 8A. Its fast switching characteristics are evident in its typical reverse recovery time of 55 ns. The forward voltage drop at 8A is 1.7V maximum.
