Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division FRED Pt® series VS-8ETH06STRLPBF is a fast recovery diode designed for general-purpose applications. This surface mount component, packaged in a TO-263AB (D2PAK), offers a 600V reverse voltage rating and an average rectified current capability of 8A. Its fast recovery time of 25 ns is suitable for demanding switching applications. The diode exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 2.4V at 8A and a reverse leakage of 50 µA at 600V. Qualified to AEC-Q101 and featuring an automotive grade, this device is ideal for use in power supplies, automotive electronics, and industrial motor control systems. The component is supplied in a Tape & Reel (TR) package for automated assembly.
