Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division VS-15ETH06STRLPBF is a fast recovery FRED Pt® series diode designed for high-efficiency applications. This surface mount component, packaged in a TO-263AB (D2PAK), offers a 600V reverse voltage and a 15A average rectified forward current.
