Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division Superectifier® RGP10MHE3-53 is a general-purpose diode designed for high voltage applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a 1000V reverse voltage rating and a 1A average rectified current. Its fast recovery time of 150ns and low forward voltage of 1.3V at 1A make it suitable for power supply rectification and switching applications. The reverse leakage is a minimal 5 µA at 1000V. Packaged in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial package, it offers a through-hole mounting type and operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C.
