The Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division RGP02-17EHE3-54 is a SUPERECTIFIER® series fast recovery diode designed for high voltage applications. This through-hole component features a maximum DC reverse voltage (Vr) of 1700 V and an average rectified current (Io) of 500mA. With a forward voltage (Vf) of 1.8 V at 100 mA and a reverse leakage of 5 µA at 1700 V, it offers efficient performance. The device has a reverse recovery time (trr) of 300 ns, making it suitable for power supply and high-voltage rectification circuits. Packaged in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial package, it is available on tape and reel. This diode is commonly utilized in industrial power supplies, lighting, and consumer electronics where high voltage handling and fast switching are critical.
