Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division SUPERECTIFIER® EGP50A-E3-54 is a general-purpose diode with a maximum DC reverse voltage of 50 V and an average rectified forward current of 5 A. This axial-leaded component, housed in a DO-201AA / DO-27 package, features a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 50 ns. The forward voltage drop (Vf) is a maximum of 950 mV at 5 A, and reverse leakage current is a low 5 µA at 50 V.
